Everyone wants to live a peaceful, secure life, to be accepted and respected. God designed us to live this way, and we must adhere to this design to live in a utopian way on this planet together.
“If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.”
(Romans 12:18)
We are each given unique voices, unique fingerprints, and unique capabilities. Everybody does their own thing in their own unique way. We must recognize and honor this truth to move forward and live in a happier, more peaceful society. We must learn to listen to each other receptively and nonjudgmentally. Nothing good happens when we project aggression and competition toward one another.
When we are born, we have what we need to contribute built into us. We hone those capabilities as we grow, live, and thrive. As we hone our talents, we encounter hurdles to overcome. We must perceive those hurdles as helping us become more capable of living with a positive attitude and mindset.
Some hurdles result from living on this planet and trying to sustain ourselves among millions of others with varying attitudes, ideas, and backgrounds. Other hurdles happen because of nature; we can do little about them besides adjusting our attitudes and beliefs. Either way, we find hurdles to overcome all around us. The question becomes, how will we adapt and move on?
“Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
(Romans 12:21)
Life is turbulent, but it is also beautiful. We each have an inner light to share. If we all shared our light and lived in a positive ambiance, our world would be much better, brighter, and lighter. Use your God-given gifts to improve your circle of influence. We need everyone's positive, proactive input to improve the world. The rewards will always balance or outweigh the difficulties and demands!
